Program terms
The deal, in plain English
Last updated October 4, 2026. The Thinglet Network is run by Thinglet Marketing LLC ("Thinglet", "we"). By applying you agree to the terms below.
1. Joining
We approve partners individually and can decline or end a partnership at any time. You can leave any time by emailing us. You're an independent referrer, not our employee, agent or franchisee, and you can't sign anything on our behalf.
2. What counts as your referral
A referral is yours when you register the business in your dashboard before they become a Thinglet client, or when they click your partner link and fill in a form on thingletmarketing.com, and they sign up within 90 days of that registration or click. If two partners register the same business, the first registration wins. Businesses that are already Thinglet clients or already in active talks with us don't qualify, and we'll tell you if that's the case.
3. What you earn
You earn 20% of the recurring plan fees your referred client actually pays us, for their first 12 monthly payments. Setup fees, ad spend, taxes, refunds and chargebacks are excluded. Commission rates for individual tools may differ and will be shown in your dashboard.
4. When you're paid
Commissions are recorded after the client's payment clears and paid out monthly once your balance is at least $50. U.S. partners earning $600 or more in a year will need to give us a W-9. You're responsible for your own taxes.
5. Reseller tier
Resellers pay a monthly fee, billed in advance, and can cancel any time effective at the end of the paid month. Resellers set their own retail prices and own their client relationships and invoicing. Wholesale pricing is published in the reseller dashboard and can change with 30 days' notice.
6. How to represent us
Tell the truth. Don't promise results, rankings or revenue. Don't send spam, bid on the Thinglet name in ads, or run sites that pose as us. If you're paid for a recommendation, say so: the FTC requires clear disclosure of that relationship. No self-referrals.
7. Your clients stay yours
We sell marketing to the clients you refer and nothing else. We won't pitch a referred client IT support, managed services, bookkeeping, web hosting they already buy from you, or any other service you provide, and neither will our sister companies. If a referred client asks us for one of those, we send them back to you.
8. Changes and endings
We can change these terms or the commission rate for future referrals with 30 days' notice by email. Changes never reduce what you've already earned on existing clients. If a partnership ends for fraud or a breach of section 6, unpaid commissions are forfeited. Otherwise we keep paying out on your existing clients through their 12 months.
9. The legal basics
The program is provided as is. Our total liability to you is limited to the commissions owed to you. California law applies, with venue in Riverside County.
